1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the vg333 website, mobile interface, and all associated services operated at vg333.io.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any service provided by vg333.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player under a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all Platform operations, settlement deadlines, and promotional periods.
• "Restricted Activities" means any conduct prohibited under Section 8 of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You have read and agree to the vg333 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You have read and agree to the vg333 Responsible Gaming Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and solely for lawful entertainment purposes.

vg333 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use the Platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of vg333, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the Platform (one account per person is permitted).
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or been subject to a Platform-initiated exclusion that remains in effect.

vg333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending a compliance review.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of vg333 services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. vg333 uses this information to verify your identity and comply with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer frameworks.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's credentials — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vg333 will close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and may permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused on other websites or services.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify vg333 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party for any reason.

vg333 will never request your password through any channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from vg333 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

vg333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of residential address (dated within three months), and documentation confirming the source of funds used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawals suspended pending completion of the process. vg333 will not process withdrawals from unverified accounts above certain thresholds.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vg333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vg333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary based on your account verification level, selected payment method, and account history. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

5.3 Deposit Processing

In the vast majority of cases, deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your vg333 account balance within sixty seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the issuing bank and are generally completed within one to three business hours during standard banking hours in Bangladesh.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by vg333 within twenty-four hours of submission, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account is fully verified (KYC documents submitted and approved).
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been satisfied in full.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available withdrawable balance.
• No active fraud investigation or compliance review is in progress on your account.

vg333 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are outside vg333's control.

5.5 Currency and Conversion

All player balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on vg333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vg333 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required at the payment provider level is the Player's responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

vg333 offers promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus-derived funds cannot be transferred to your withdrawable balance. vg333 may specify minimum odds requirements that must be met for bets to count toward wagering requirements — bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to clearing the requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

vg333 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. The following conduct is considered bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or collusion.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets intended to clear wagering requirements.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration to qualify for a promotion.

6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses are subject to expiry periods. Any bonus funds or associated wagering progress that has not been completed within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms and are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on vg333 are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your bet selection, stake amount, and any applicable options are correct before confirming. vg333 will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed except in the specific circumstances described in Section 7.3 below.

7.2 Odds and Pricing

All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet. vg333 strives to maintain accurate live odds across all markets; however, in the event of a manifest error in pricing (a price that is materially incorrect due to a technical fault or human error), vg333 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account.

7.3 Void Bets and Cancellations

vg333 may void a bet and return the stake in any of the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or otherwise does not take place.
• A manifest pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms (for example, by an ineligible Player).
• Reliable result data is unavailable within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the event.

7.4 Settlement

Bets are settled as soon as official results are confirmed by the relevant sporting body or game provider. vg333 uses recognised official sources for all settlement purposes. Where official results are subsequently amended or reversed (for example, following a sporting appeal), vg333 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets in line with the revised official outcome. Re-settlement may result in winnings being recalculated and any overpaid amounts being recovered from the Player's account balance.

7.5 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments of an event (for example, during a wicket falling in a cricket match or a penalty kick in football). Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected. Accepted in-play bets are binding from the moment of acceptance at the odds displayed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vg333 Platform:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is unlawful.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operating multiple accounts or registering under the identity of another person.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any unlawful means.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in any way without prior written consent from vg333.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or bet.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or conduct intended to corrupt the outcome of any sporting event on which vg333 offers betting markets.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, or otherwise attempting to extract the Platform's source code, data feeds, or proprietary algorithms.
• Attempting to circumvent any geo-restriction, age verification, or identity verification measure implemented by vg333.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the vg333 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game titles, promotional materials, written content, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of vg333 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, or incorporated into any other work without the prior express written consent of vg333.

Game content provided by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by vg333 under licence. Players may not reproduce, record, broadcast, or monetise gameplay content without the explicit written permission of both vg333 and the relevant game studio.

10 Privacy & Data

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vg333 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content, odds, or information displayed.

13 Amendments to These Terms

vg333 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires advance notice of material changes. All amendments take effect immediately upon being posted to the Platform.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, vg333 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. However, it remains each Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vg333 operates as an international entertainment platform and makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and vg333, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation in good faith. Players should submit any complaint or dispute to [email protected] with full details of the issue. vg333 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a full response within 14 days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English before a mutually agreed arbitrator. Each party shall bear their own costs in any arbitration proceeding unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
